When I initially inquired on how much longer until my order would ship I got a general response about how their company is having a tumultuous year. But never got an answer on how much longer until my order will ship. I have requested a refund a second time and waiting on a response. I would not order from this company again. They are obviously having major problems and I feel like they just stole my money with no intention of delivering me the product I ordered or give me a refund. This company is a joke and appears to be a scam since I’m not the first person this has happened to.
United StatesMy order was never delivered and after, several inquiries, Clark personally sent an email stating that they would get my order out to me and I have never received that order to date. I have not been reimbursed for the money I spent and never received the product.

United StatesHorrible. I had high hopes for this coffee due to bad reflux and needing a light roast that was mellow and sweet enough that it wouldn't require milk. I give the manufacturer credit for trying but this coffee was just too steep of a taste curve for me to ever get used to. Because of the expense and the low-acid I managed to finish the bag by mixing it w my regular coffee, but the taste and smell, for me, was horrible. The packaging was beautiful though and at least someone is trying to make a low-acid light roast.
