United StatesA young friend of the family that happens to be an RN sent me this coffee to try, when she learned I was experiencing excruciation stomach issues form acid of regular coffee. I had had many expensive tests done. I didn't want to believe it was my coffee. I love dark coffee. I never thought I could give it up. I do enjoy tea also, so I was willing to try it. I won't lie it took a few days of drinking it to have my taste buds go ok ya . I make it in a reusable k cup in my Keurig. it has been about 10 months. However, my stomach discomfort ceased with the 1st day of drinking Golden Ratio instead of black coffee. When I've tried regular black coffee, I no longer like it. My taste buds have changed. I have tried some of your flavored coffees and I do not like those. I only like the Basic Golden Ratio ground coffee. If you're having an acid issue like I was, give it a try. Maybe give it a 2 week try and see. I drink mine with either sugar or truvia, no milk. I seem to use less sugar. Which is also a good thing.
