Well , it took weeks, weeks , for the coffee to arrive. There was no updates sent to me to tell me when my coffee would arrive. As far as the coffee is concerned, I’ll say that it was true to your word, it was more like drinking tea. I did not enjoy it.
The coffee isn't the issue with this company. It's the people running it! I've ordered coffee from this company many times. The issue is getting the product. Golden Ratio makes sure they get paid, but as far as getting the coffee, not worth the aggravation! There is no phone number to reach anyone on their website. Forget emailing, they don't respond. I emailed Golden Ratio to stop shipping my coffee, because I hadn't received the last order, which was one of many I didn't receive. Instead, of them honoring my written request, they sent my order anyway. I sent it back unopened and wrote return to sender. I'm waiting to see if this company does the right thing and credits my credit card without me having to spend yet more time fighting for my money. Elizabeth Cavossa

I love the Coffee, however, I don’t trust the company, due to bad customer service. I received my order over one month after I placed the order. I sent customer service a message asking about my order and was ghosted. Two weeks later I sent another message asking about my order, ghosted again. I then messaged customer service to cancel my order, stating I had found another supplier. One week later, I received a message saying that the order was shipped. I will not order again due to lack of trust in the company.
