“I created Golden Ratio because I love coffee, but coffee didn't love me back. It was too acidic and the “burnt & bitter” taste didn't jive with my tastebuds. When I discovered the "the lighter sides of coffee," which are most popular overseas and beginning to pop up in niche coffee circles around the US, my problem was solved. However, there was nothing I could order that tasted delicious and was simple to prep at home. So I created it.”
