Return Policy 

We do not accept returns of of any kind.

We do not accept returns of unopened product(s) for a refund and will not issue a refund for items either purchased and unopened or opened products that are not enjoyed by our consumers. 

 

Lost or Stolen Items

Golden Ratio is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.

Replacements

We believe in not only a gold brew but a golden customer experience! This means we will replace your goods if they happen to be defective or damaged. If your order is damaged, please take a picture and send us a message tosupport@drinkgoldenratio.com  with the image so we can have a new shipment sent your way.

It can take anywhere from  5-10 days for your replacement to reach you, and this will vary depending on where you live.
